As we head into the new season are Non-League sides still limited to naming five substitutes in their matchday squad, or has that been extended to match the EFL?

Can't really find the answer either way, but I do see that the Chesterfield manager wrote to the National League to allow seven substitutes as per other League's?

Anyone got any idea?

I think 3 from 5 will suite PH better than 5 from 7.  He does not make substitutions unless he needs to.
