If we're going off the Town lookalikes I reckon one of the best is former Everton midefielder Leon Osman and Emmerdales Sam Dingle. I understand his nickname when playing was "Dingle"

I remember a town keeper doing an air shot to a back pass by Paul Futcher I think it was at Notts Forest during the Buckley era. It rolled gently into the net while the crowd drunk themselves laughing. I think we lost 5-2 in the end.

Yes it was at Forest,  I was a Forest season ticket holder in those days. If I remember correctly  it was fairly early on in the game.
