I can distinctly remember a bot back agreeing with Swin over something...
Should he be banned? of course not..

This thread should have been deleted ages ago. The originator should hold his head in shame. This is nothing but an attempt to orchestrate a "pile on" on an individual.

I like to partake of liquid refreshment with characters and I think the old curmudgeon qualifies.

If we want the forum to become part of the bland, all-inclusive, colourless, never say anything that isn’t part of the prevailing orthodoxy, a ban would help achieve that.  But as devils advocate or not, the right to disagree/oppose the majority view must be a given

However I would agree in the banning of Richard Heads.

P.S. Cambridge is not so far, so if in town Swin, PM me (I’ll buy......a half if it’s something cheap !)
