Looking at the teams we’ve played recently, 5 out of 8 of them are in the top 10. The other 3 are all above us, so it’s fair to say our start hasn’t been the kindest to us.

The next two games look much more winnable and may be a fairer reflection of where we’re at before 2 cup games and a welcome break from the league.

Pick up 4 points from the next 2 and things look much better.

But they're not getting wound up about it.

👍

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Is their new stadium mentioned in the article going ahaed then? I suppose it must be if they've sold the ground. Bloody frustrating if it is, how do they manage to sort it (admittedly after many years of trying) when we can't

I assume the plans and ideas from 10 years ago have been reduced to sensoble proportions, plans I saw included large stores / supermarkets and a railway station! Four cheap stands and open corners out of town somewhere is probably what they're getting (still a step up from what we are looking forward to)
