Birmingham City have offered £2.5 million,  Bournemouth had a bid rejected. Thought he had a good first game for us, scoring our first goal back in EFL. After anonymous and disappointing

All very strange things going on at Portman Road at the moment. Jackson's valuation, Nolan MOM last Sat and Toto captain vs Fulham last night with Lambert singing his praises!

Decent cross for Bogle’s winner at Luton too, but agreed he never really hit the same standards after that first game.

Odd in hindsight as he clearly has something.

Didn't help that he was played out on the wing mainly....guess he probably suffered due to Omar's form at the end of the day. Can't imagine both of them would've been started up top together much.

When he signed on loan, Wrexham fans warned that he was very raw.

Probably just needed that loan spell here where he wasn't a great success to give him the taste of what's required.

After his opening day exploits, where I felt pretty smug having taken a price of 50/1 on him to top score in the division  , he really didn't do a lot at all.  Last appearance I remember is away at Doncaster where he was totally anonymous, but he was also deployed as a target man with Scott Vernon operating in the No 10 role that day....

First league game for us I thought he was great, obviously scored but ran the channels superbly. He played probably 2 more games up front and then Hurst destroyed his confidence playing him out on the wing. Could tell there was a good player there though

Thought he was quick but definitely not a winger though, not sure why that one happened as he felt like a better option up front than that other lad from Barnsley who was pretty hopeless and an experienced forward with an inability to score in Vernon. I didn't think Jackson would make it as far as he has in the game but seems like others knew what his best position is and how to use him so his confidence increased.

We needed a winger so we signed a centre forward then played him on the wing. Standard.
