How do you identify a Season Ticket Holder who is not taking the refund at a party?

You don't, they will tell you about it... constantly.

Now, no need for you to qualify each post about the subject with a "I'm not taking the refund" is there?

Many of the caxton theatre season ticket holders are not taking the refund, and we have only had 2 of 8 plays .  We are not expecting to open again this year
