Just watched the goals from yesterday's game, and, using the pause button, Novack was offside when he deflected the ball in the net.

To be fair to the lines person, he/she might not have seen the deflection so didn't realise it had hit him.

Some you win, some you lose.

It's about time this PC balderdash was put to bed, linesperson my bottom.
As for some you win, some you lose, well they've already stopped that non inclusive nastiness in a lot of our schools now.
The country is fcuked.

There is no way on earth anyone using the tv highlights can call offside or not, you cannot see the whole width of the pitch so you have no idea if any other player is playing them on, you cannot see the line to actually judge it anyway. More telling to me is the reaction of Waterfall and Hanson, neither appeal for anything and both look just disappointed.

Like Ollie said, more disappointing was our lack of reaction to the quick free kick and lack of interference/block on the shot.

Just after the deflection a player come into view. He might be playing him onside.

Although the ref might have noticed Novak running off pointing at himself!

I think Sapper could well be right (Grandin I think)

It was Grandin, can't say if he played Novak onside as the camera angles don't show his position when the balls strikes. Irrelevant now, the goal stood but it was never their throw that started the whole move off...but also, we got a throw that clearly came off one of ours that created the move for the free kick where Hanson nearly sealed the win..
Another game where the officiating was p!ss poor, must be doubling frustrating for managers, at some point these officials should be made accountable for their screw ups but nothing ever seems to happen but if managers publicly have a go the managers get reprimanded, completely out of order in my book having double standards...

VAR would have sorted it out

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Half the buggers on here are still bleating about the Bristol Rovers goalkeeper not getting sent off!

Rightly so we could have experienced cupping the ears a year earlier than we did

I don't think he would have done it if we had beaten Bristol, the intensive flak really started going his way when it became clear we weren't going to get automatic the following year

That’s because they are victims. Victims keep reliving past mistakes /errors etc . It makes them feel important and that their opinion counts

😂😂😂

See what you did there.

Also if the Rovers goalkeeper had been sent off we wouldn’t  have got to mess the club up with Operation Promotion. Imagine where we’d be without that albatross around our necks. 😉

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,

When was the last time you had anything to do with a school? In the last two decades I’ve had 4 kids go through the school system and not once have I seen any evidence of anti-competitive practice.

You’re right about the country being copulated though. Too many dinosaurs roaming the plains.

Not so sure.  I've seen some shocking VAR decisions.  Aguero diving for a penalty was one of the worst.

😆

The tune’s even older than the Hopkin song. Goes back to Russia in the 20s. So that makes me one of those sharks that predates the dinosaurs. (Which makes the original metaphor even better if you think about it).
