VAR is a good idea in theory, given that most (if not all) posters will be aware that some/all footballers cheat occasionally/all the time.

The implementation of it has brought home to me how much better it would be if we had non-idiots in charge of our game.

If it takes 5 minutes and multiple slow-motion replays from different angles to determine whether a clear and obvious mistake
has been made by the referee....the game is being officiated by people who don't understand the word "obvious", obviously.

If I wasn't a Town fan I think I'd have given up on football, to be honest.
