It is available on Sky and Freesat Ch 971 though.

Yeah, I'm 99% sure. No BBC2 Wales on Virgin (unless someone can tell me differently). Only available on Sky and Freesat.

Yep no direct access on VM.
However changing location within iPlayer should stream BBC Wales.
