So, it's the final qualifying round a week on Saturday, so I assume the draw for the first round will be 2 weeks today. Here are the ties in that final qualifying round, anyone we fancy, though we'll probably get someone like Swindon or Plymouth away. The draw isn't regionalised, so we could draw any of these. There's definitely a few below that I'd have to get the map out to find where they are!

HEDNESFORD TOWN v BOSTON UNITED
GATESHEAD v COLNE
BARROW v SOLIHULL MOORS
WHITBY TOWN v STOURBRIDGE
HARTLEPOOL UNITED v BRACKLEY TOWN
NANTWICH TOWN v KING’S LYNN TOWN
CHORLEY v SPENNYMOOR TOWN
SOUTHPORT v ALTRINCHAM
TAMWORTH v DARLINGTON
YORK CITY v STOCKPORT COUNTY
NOTTS COUNTY v BELPER TOWN
CHESTERFIELD v WREXHAM
FC HALIFAX TOWN v HARROGATE TOWN
AFC FYLDE v PETERBOROUGH SPORTS
WHYTELEAFE v CHIPPENHAM
HARINGEY BOROUGH v YEOVIL TOWN
HAVANT & WATERLOOVILLE v DULWICH HAMLET
EBBSFLEET UNITED v WOKING
WELLING UNITED v EASTLEIGH
BROMLEY v ALDERSHOT TOWN
MAIDSTONE UNITED v KINGS LANGLEY
MAIDENHEAD UNITED v WEALDSTONE
OXFORD CITY v MARGATE
BOWERS & PITSEA v CHICHESTER CITY
HAYES & YEADING v POOLE TOWN
ROYSTON TOWN v MALTON & TIPTREE
POTTERS BAR TOWN v BARNET
TORQUAY UNITED v BOREHAM WOOD
SUTTON UNITED v BILLERICAY TOWN
WEYMOUTH v DOVER ATHLETIC
DARTFORD v KINGSTONIAN
CARSHALTON ATHLETIC v DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE

There are 19 ex league clubs in the draw! That's almost one division (League).

Yes I know the odd one has reformed but I still regard them as ex league.

London area, not too far from Croydon, in fact it's less than 10 miles from Selhurst Park!

It's scary how far clubs can fall.

Them away then for me, please! Or an easy home tie.

lots of lovely potential away trips amongst that lot, especially for us exiles. alternatively smallest club possible at home please

Kings Langley or Peterborough Sports would be amusing away trips, given their lack of fcilities

The Chesterfield v Wrexham match is an interesting one, many fans of both clubs pretty apoplectic about the way their clubs are run by their respective boards, in the case of Wrexham by a supporters trust.

Many wanted both their managers sacked despite Sheridan returning to Chesterfield as a hero last season and keeping them up. Wrexham have in fact sacked their manager and replaced him by the returning Dean Keates after he left to join Walsall and was then sacked as they were relegated, many Wrexham fans didn't want him back.

Then again I could have made all that up because as we all know it is only Grimsby Town fans that moan about the way our club is run.
