I have had continual problems to the extent I’d given up but decided in the week to give it a final go.
3 Emails from me, 3 totally unhelpful/incomprehensible replies later, I replied have given up would rather wash the net curtains and the service was a disgrace.

4 days later no reply, an indication of their commitment to customers......
