With Sam Russell and Ollie Battersby on the books I'm not really sure we need another keeper but there is a trialist keeper playing for the reserves this afternoon.

Is it a young lad or someone better known? Anyone any idea as to who it is?

Looks like a strong reserve team. A long time since we've been able to say that. A sign of how far we have progressed under Jolley.

GrimsbyLive.....

"Word on the street is that Josh Tibbetts is the trialist - formerly with Peterborough, the goalkeeper is currently with Southport."

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Keeper did really, vernam the only other player to do ok...mostly outplayed yet could of scored more than 1 and had 2 reasonable pen shouts turned down..rose certainly isn't a left wing back felt sorry for him..Grayson highly regarded at Blackburn, they must of seen something he hasn't shown us so far. All tried really hard just a lack of composure mostly.

Makes you wonder how we find these players? He's currently 2nd choice at a conference north club yet MJ clearly must know or see something in him?

Looks like Jolley is having another look at the trialist keeper.

Town reserves are back in action at Cheapside (2pm) this afternoon as they take on Rotherham United.

Is it the same one ?

Me thinks we need another keeper for next year as MJ might have a £3 million offer on the table for Macca,

Well maybe £1 million

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH

It was what Jolley said a little while back when asked, " everybody has a price even Macca if they offered £3million "

Ooh! Shut that door.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
