Latest.......Notts County 0-1 Macclesfield

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Think Pearson has given Wrexham an early lead in their big game.
Poor old Chesterfield 2 down at home v Solihull. How awful for them!,,, the locals are revolting

Macclesfield, under the worlds greatest footballing brain, have gone 1 up against county

Really missing Vernam and his movement off the ball here. We're not getting it down and playing it about on the deck enough. Need to get control of the midfield.

Podge gets his fifteenth of the season to put county back in it, whilst Simon Francis has been carried off at Wembley with a serious knee injury

Pretty grim viewing that 45.   Vale just aim for Pope and hope for the knock-downs....we are struggling on the ball...Hess is getting most touches in midfield but lacks the quality to hurt the opposition.
If Pringle and Embleton can get fired up we should be able to turn these over but Thomas more isolated than normal so we are struggling to retain the ball or build momentum

Quoted from Yossarian

Dour 0-0 it is then?

The last time I was away at Port Vale it took us about 2 hours to find the grond, my car got smashed up and there was a pitch invasion at the end of the game.

When I said it had the making of a good game I didn't take into account two poor teams🙄
