Southampton have sacked Mark Hughes ,

I wonder what their thinking was when they employed him after getting Stoke relegated,

Well he did play for us so he will do a good job,

We know that does not work don't we ?

I always thought I was in the wrong job,

Get a 3 / 4 / 5 year contract, do a few months work then get a nice pay day.

Have a nice holiday.

Then wait for another desperate chairman to give you another contract.

He took 32 points from the last 120 available - already looking forward to him getting the West Ham (or some other lower half old manager merry go round club) job next month

Without looking up his record has he actually achieved anything at any of his many clubs, or finishing mid table in the premier is classed as successful.

He did well at Blackburn, but that's over a decade ago now.

I've no idea how he keeps getting jobs. His record is shocking, he sets teams up for relegation and gets the boot and the huge payoff before they go down.
