Surely a red card for hands on the ref last night?

Also did the keeper say something to Mitch before he took the pen because Mitch said something to upset the keeper after he scored .

Great pen btw.

Let's not press the issue of the ref ignoring inappropriate use of hands last night shall we?

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

I think their players were pretty enraged that an obvious handball stood and ours would be too if it happened the other way around. I think more than one of their players lost their temper last night with that ref as they felt hard done by. I think they got punished enough no need to rub it in by sending people off. Think they came out of HT still stressed and when a bunch of mistakes let an early goal in that completely threw them off their game. Still scored a cracking goal back though before the game ran away from them.

We better be up for the Tranmere away game....they certainly will be!

'I walked in the dressing room. The window was open and I thought that a sea fret had got in. Then I saw smoke billowing from a pipe in the corner of the room...it was my centre-forward. He looked seven stone wet through. He went on to score thirty-odd goals that season.' Lawrie McMenemy on encountering the legend that was Matt Tees.
