Second manager already this season sacked by County.

Can’t do any good for Harry’s CV either.

Ya really don’t get time nowadays do you, didn’t even get a transfer window really to make it his own team.

They expect a manager in within a couple of days for the weekend, maybe Askey?

Christ. I thought they'd do well this season given the money they'd spent. How wrong could you be. Another season of disaster for them.

Could be one for Hurst?

Good shout. Close enough to Sheffield for him to commute. Pretty big job too. He could easily envisage promotion (next season) then kicking on with the money they have got.

I think Kewell will get another shot. Was doing alright at Crawley and trigger happy County won't blemish his record too much.

It would probably be his last job if he did. Suicidal move. For anyone frankly.

Still think he'll end up back at Salop.

I disagree. Nottingham is a perfect spot for players, bang in the middle of the country, close to several large population centres. It's everything we're not in terms of Geography. Combined with his knowledge of lower league players, it would be a good fit, and definitely a club with bags of potential. Bigger than Shrewsbury.

I can see it being Hurst. Wasn't he linked to them the season we got promoted?

They lurch from crisis to crisis. Completely unstable and trigger happy employers. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. 6 managers in two years tells its own story. Think he can and should do better than them. Geography might be an issue for us, but it certainly isn't everything.

Works in his favour. He can demand a 2-year deal and he's laughing all the way to the Leeds if he gets sacked.

We'll see. If it happens I honestly think it'll be the job that shifts his label from promising "young" manager to merry-go-round.

Kewell's win rate at Crawley was 28.9% which isn't great and why County thought it would be better with them god knows.
A few of the players signed were from teams that had been relegated so hardly winners were they.
Hardy what a chairman he is appoint and sack they are in a downward spiral and can'ty see them getting out of it.

I saw their Chairman being interviewed recently and he says they're losing £2.5 million a year. Guess that's why he's keen to find success quickly.
Shame it doesn't work like that and you have to go with continuity
Think Hurst will walk into a league one side soon, probably Bradford or dare I say S****horpe!!!

According to Bet Victor, Paul Hurst is in the top 3 favourites for all the 3 vacant League 1 and 2 jobs.

6/1 for the County job
4/1 for the Wimbledon job
and
Evens for the Shrewsbury job.

If his next job's in the championship, I'm Serge Makofo.

If the rumours are true, Paul Hurst didn't know Serge Makofo was Serge Makofo!

If the rumours are true, some Fishy posters don’t know their Neil Woods from their Paul Hursts. 😁

Local pubs and off licences probably offering to fund his wages. Trade must be down since he left.
