Scrap the bloody thing. Regionalise the competition and only let league clubs be involved. Attendances will increase slightly. If the B team system goes and we have scunny Lincoln and 1 other a bet we get 3,000+ for games.

IF they really want the B teams involved and now they're in 'they're not coming out' invite all the prem teams to put a b team in but also invite the league teams if they actually want to be in the competition. Don't just put them in. Would be interesting to see the response and which clubs accept and go for it.
