Someone flagged up what a tricky first five games we had - it's not the worst start we could have made but the squad still looks light to me. I still can't work out why Hooper starts ahead of Vernam and why we signed Robles.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

I've watched it a few times and I'm struggling to see the foul let alone figure out how the ref has given a red card.

Maybe the case mate but let's give it at least until Xmas to see where we are at.
Some on here have us relegated already.
We have taken points from the top two sides so there is something there.

Strangely quiet last week and midweek after the match. But within minutes of a loss up you pop.  How very unamazing. 🤔


The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied

Don’t know how some of you lot cope in real life.

We’ve almost a whole new squad, new management, playing a new system and haven’t had the same starting 11 start two consecutive games - through injuries or suspensions - once this season. They’re going to be inconsistent.

A point away at MK Dons doesn’t make us worldbeaters and losing away at Newport won’t send us down. Just some perspective would be helpful. It’s boring going through the same histrionics every week.

It's not early season hope, its called being a fan you know the ones that actually support the team instead of slating them at every opportunity.

Totally agree - just gets a bit frustrating when the same bang average striker gets a start every week.
