I'm really not meeting expectations so far this season, gonna give myself one more game and if results don't improve I'll be left with no option but to sack myself and bring someone in who can hopefully improve the form and get results.

Had high hopes this year after a late rally last season saw me climb the table, recruitment has gone well over the summer but I'm really starting to regret not bringing in an experienced stat man... Location hasn't helped but I can can't compete with the bigger names in the league. Losing my new research director to a serious repetitive strain injury early doors has royally screwed my plans, Marvin was a huge part of my strategy this year and at the moment I'm scrambling round to find alternatives.....

My experienced heads Jimmy and Denis are struggling too, knew I should have pensioned them off back in the summer but they convinced me they had another year in them!

I've heard WIZBIT, Grantham and Posh are paying ridiculous wages and you can see it's paying dividends..... The rest of us just can't compete!
