That’s outrageous. How are all the other players in the league supposed to feel. I thought the stupid days of being recognised for hard work and excellence were well behind us. How very 20th Century. My lad was more than happy to get fuk all for winning the egg and spoon race at School sports. Perhaps the FA need to bring themselves into the 21st Century.

Yours.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

The Goalkeeper's got in off the back off keeping our strike force at bay twice this season, obviously.

The season is not finished yet. What if Vernon scores a hat trick in every remaining game? It's like awarding the Grand National Winner at the Chair!
