A cracking documentary on ITV about Admiral, a small Leicester underwear factory who made the first replica football shirts and started supplying the top English teams of the time, the England team and also European teams.
With good music tracks too.
It said in the paper it was a repeat but for anyone interested who hasn't seen it I would definitely recommend giving it a viewing.

Avec, that’s the one, I think we had them in the 98 promotion season (I still have a shirt)

We wore lotto/foodtown shirts in the 97/98 season switching to Avec/Dixon for the Wembley finals and the 98/99 season.

I think Town/one of the directors (Fernaux?) had shares in Avev but avec went bump hence the dodgy "GT sports" kit with the even dodgier Jarvis sponsorship
