No. Or so they say.
No option to pick up there either when I rang Luton.
Ordered mine yesterday and they arrived by post today.

Last year still full of the first flush of enthusiasm at being promoted, and before various -gates and gaffes, we filled a bit under half the away section, so there ought to be plenty of spare tickets and on sale on the day.

Personally I wouldn't take the risk though as logic and football club commercial undertakings don't always go hand in hand.

We won't sell out the away end. There is NO need to inconvenience people and make this game all ticket.

Funnily enough I’ve just been to the post office to check why something I posted on December 1st on their 1st class signed for service still hasn’t arrived to its destination....12 working days including today. Time of year I was told and to wait until 28 working days have elapsed.

That's frigging outrageous.

Still, it'll all be better when it's privatised. What, it already is?

I seem to think that we've usually taken 500 -  800 to Luton.

Lisa's just posted our allocation is around 750 as Luton are selling home tickets in 'our' allocated seating area. Quite a poor allocation really, I'd expect us to take the full number. Should be a decent atmosphere, despite the crap stand with the nets to our left.

Remember last year there being a bit of baiting of a male masturbator in one of the little hospitality 'pods'. Funny as intercourse.

Just to the left of our stand, he nearly combusted when we scored late on. My kids were more entertained by him than the game. Absolute killer goal, too, fantastic cross from the left by Kayden Jackson and Bogle just got to it at the far post.

It was great fun.  You could tell the people with him were a bit embarrassed by him, but to give him his due he did applaud us at the end before skulking back inside his pod for the post-defeat sandwiches.

You failed to mention the somewhat non existent marking from their defenders for Omar’s winner. We played really that day, deserved the win entirely. Their goal came from a massively sporny deflection as well.

Did you get that from Matt Dean ? 😉

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Midfield disappeared, allowing their guy all the time in the world to curl a 25 yarder into the corner from dead centre of goal. We are defending ok against a good team that plays football, but refs a bit of a homer (blatent handball not given about 10 mins in and giving every 50/50 to them) We have created nothing from open play, but then dispite the ball spending time in our box Macca not had a real save to make.

Apparently Chester’s manager “doesn’t like losing football matches” amongst other things.

Game over

Back to BP then for 2 winnable games.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Luton fans have woken up now, clearly they have a date confirmed for their next EDL march.

Changed my mind, yes we're being outclassed! Good cross in from a free kick just outside the box, on the right, Luton player ghosted in with a header. Gotta keep our heads up now, we don't  deserve a thrashing.

Believe it or not guys, you cant sign someone outside of the transfer window!! Funny how when we start losing, the moans and groans come back, imo we were never going to go to luton and win today, the most important games for us are these next 2 home games where we must take 6 points

We have been saying since pre season that we needed a goal scorer.. yes i know every team is after one  and you cannot sign outside the window.  but christ,, the lads are putting in a good shift  , creating chances just for them to be missed ..

I dont disagree with you, i know we need a goalscorer but going by what our glorious leader said at the fans forum, i dont think we have the funds to bring one in

Let's take a cheap punt on that striker at Gainsborough then.

We could definitely do with a goalscorer (as could a lot of teams) but I'm not sure he would've made too much difference today

Realistically, I don't think many Town fans expected us to get a result today. It's the next 2 home games we need 6 points from, which would still see us well placed.

We;ve not had one simple chance today, didn't see anyone miss a sitter, just a shot on the turn at a tight angle, a few long shots and waffy headers back across the box from corners. Nothing clear cut and not a save from their keeper.
Loved Slades by the number subs, Hooper for DJ, then Vernon for Matt, and Woolford for Dembele, non made any difference, no change of tactic/formation and absolutely no reaction to their goals, didn't expect a win but we just slowly drifted through the game hoping Luton would member it up. Russ will be happy with his defence as Macca only had 2 proper saves to make all game other than the goals which he had no hope with. One of those games that was just Meh

keep it tight....keep in the game for as long as possible even if you arent playing well or just being outclassed......its a percentages approach....but again just as last week.....when you turn to the bench to bring someone on to fire up the team....you have Vernon, Woolford, Hooper .....or in other words...no hope.
The squad isnt good enough to sustain a real push/threat on the top of the league......some additional quality is needed in January to give us a true first 15...not a first 11 plus some steady eddies.

A point would have been a great result and it sounds as though we were outclassed. We don’t score enough to push for the play offs, currently at least. We’re amongst the lowest scorers in the division and a have an inferior goal difference to many rivals for the bottom play off place. If we can sort the goal issue then we might have a chance.

Paddy Madden wouldn't be a bad shout, 4th choice striker at Scunny now, but he is a natural goalscorer. Hasn't happened for him this season, but scored goals for fun last season, and dropping down to league 2 would help, and better than anything we've currently got.

I was almost directly behind it and it had some swerve on it. Great finish...

Some times you see it coming and theres just nothing you can do that looks like it curls in from very wide

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara
