I don't *think* I've seen three management changes in 1 season before.

Never said this before but can't wait for this season to end.

Strangest season ever 💩💩💩


In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

I thought we'd begun that season with Grovesy and then, in a blind panic, brought in Law at the tail end ?

Not sure though, and to be honest that era is something I've deleted from memory and not likely to go poking around in.

Just staggering when you remember we won at Anfield and went top of Div 1 prior to the 2002-03 season when we started this nightmare downward spiral.

I think that we had 4 managers in 2004.

Paul Groves
Graham Rodger (Caretaker)
Nicky Law
Russell Slade

That was over 2 seasons though.
