To save doing 2 threads, first of all I can't believe how positive everyone is. From the club, players (ex?) and fans. I've not felt down or upset since that day. All I've felt is positivity. Now, we really need to get these boys signed on early. I Really hope the deals we've offered them aren't at a reduced rate because in this day and age as much as the players may love the club and the fans you have to be logical about it all.
I think the retain list is spot on. I agree with everything Hurst has tried to do.

Now to season tickets
Well done the trust and the club for reintroducing the 'gap season ticket'
I genuinely believe, even after the 'disappointment' our fan base will increase. Providing we can keep the large majority of the retain list I can see season ticket sales rocket and sell over 3,000. It's crucial we keep the large majority. The fans have been amazing and I feel if we can do this a large majority of the 'part timers' will come more often.
The atmosphere at Wembley will have helped, I still can't believe how amazing we all where. It was something out of this world!
Here's to a positive pre season! UTM

I was extremely disappointed and very down after last Sunday. I went with hope more than expectation but thought on the day we were better and deserved to have won.

After a few days away from football I am starting to come around. Hopefully over the coming days/weeks the majority of those players offered contracts will accept them. I think this will have a big bearing on ST take up. I have had a ST since our relegation and will renew again for sure.

I think will have a similar number to last year (was that just under 2000?. A couple of good signings could see that  boosted further maybe up to 2500. That would be magnificent for this level.

I think we'll sell over 2,000 but possibly under 2,500. Though would be awesome if we sold more than 2,500.

With the real sign of belief in the majority of fans, I'm fairly confident that the attendances will be up next season. There's a real feel of belief that we'll be tittle contenders for sure next season.

Regarding the new wave of positivity:

I would just like to say what apart from supporting Grimsby Town, what else in life can give you so many emotional highs and lows?

Close family and friends are essential to our well-being.  However, nothing else probably impacts as much on individuals and fans as supporting Town.  We are there for the long ride - for good and bad times. The many bad times makes the good times more special.  We can all hope.
