How does this man get jobs? He's been named the new chesterfield manager yet has suffered relegation in 3 of his past 4 seasons (2012 Doncaster, 2013 Wolves, 2015 Crawley). Not a clue, whenever I hear him talk I just wonder how do you motivate a team?!
