If Town do ever get to relocate and Blundell Park is demolished, there could be a demand for stadium seats judging by this thread on the Crystal Palace fans forum:

When we lived in barnoldby, we were given a few rows of wooden seats when the main stand was converted. Would've been amazing to still have them

Decent road links and not far from the station. Few pubs and eateries round there. A football stadium for Cleethorpes Town perhaps?

Almost certainly be used to build much needed affordable housing lets hope if they did they could name some of the streets after the names of famous players or stands in the ground for instance, Pontoon Rd,Osmond Ave, Barrats Way, What about Glovers close,Buckley Place anyone?
