Just picked up my copy today. I'm not being biased just because I have a game in it but it's a great read, 100 pages and over 20 famous Mariners games re-lived, and for only £4.99 would make a great stocking filler for any Town fan.

First I've heard of it - is it available through the club Les or is an independent job?

Through the club.
I also have a story in it, but it really is good and a bargain at £4.99.

Good read and good effort, I was only at 2 of the mentioned games in the book; V Accrington when we won 3-2 V port vale when we lost 4-0 Mine would have to be v barnet second to last game of the season, or scunthorpe away last season

The club gets a lot of stick (sometimes justifiably) but it's also fair to praise them when they get it right. It might not be the biggest thing they've done, but the book represents a lot of what they've been getting right in the last few years - getting the fans involved in projects and activities that keep us together while we're in the doldrums of non-league. They've taken to social media, they've commissioned some high quality short videos, they've got an excellent match programme... there's plenty more they're doing, so while they might not be perfect, they're investing in the way they market themselves so they're not just relying on the income they generate on match days. I think every fan - irrespective of their ability to write - should have a go at writing for the programme and books like this. It's the fans what make the club

Have you got a story in the book Les, Rich? That's why it appeals to you. Boring otherwise.

I've got a story in there, yes. I'm sorry you find other fans' memories, tales and anecdotes boring.
