Just looking at the fixtures in the Conference over the next couple of weeks.

FGR play twice before we meet on the 19th. Both are fairly tough games (away to Halifax and home to Woking) but there is a chance they could be above us when they come here.

Woking actually play THREE games before we play in the league again. As well as their trip to FGR they are home to Altrincham tomorrpw and away to Macclesfield on Saturday.

Bristol Rovers also have 2 games to play as they travel to Wrexham and Welling.

Macclesfield only have the one game (home to Woking) coming up.

Eastleigh, although only mid-table at the minute are only 8 points behind us but with FOUR games in hand but they only play the once, at home to Dartford tomorrow.

Maybe not mid-table but we could feasibly be outside the play-off spots although we'd then have a game in hand over a couple of teams.

Most of the chasing pack play each other before Christmas at least once: they can't all get 3 points every game.

We will be third after the Boxing Day win at Macclesfield with an easy run in to April.

Never mind all this. It is where we are in April/May that counts and I want us to be first.

Easy? You mean plenty of banana skins like Telford and Altrincham?

I have given up trying to figure out where we will end up,

We seem to have a good result followed by a disappointment,

We need more 6 wins on the bounce please Mr Hurst.

What sort of reception will our friend Lee Hughes get?

Should add to the atmosphere if nothing else.
