That would be a new speicies! Could call it Newti Marrinus and we could make a fortune charging people to see it.

On the other hand if they find a Great Crested Newt that the end of a new ground there!

You can't say that Hull mess about.  I have no idea how they get approval for this.  

(On the same day they announce plans to dig a 2 mile road tunnel under Stonehenge to link 2 roads and ease congestion.  Hopefully not disturbing any ancient druids).

Its quite a common occurrence, worked on a few building projects on churches and exhuming graves/bones on 100/150 yr old graves doesnt seem to cause any issues regards planning.
