good old days

My dad went to that game and the semi finals.

I do wish when its reported that we lost 5-0  in the semi final.

That it was 0-0 when our keeper got carried off injured,

No subs in those days so we played the rest of the game with 10 men and a outfield player in goal.

My dad always said that if our keeper was not injured he thought we would have won and gone on to wembley.
Sadly it didnt happen. Just goes to show how the game has evolved in just a couple of generations.
