A must is new midfield, the same as it has been for many years. Dis & Niven are decent players and would be ideal squad players but we need two central midfield players who will dominate most games and pick up 80 per cent of second balls. Players like Kiddi's number 4 who ran that game.

Cook has time on his side any may be quality prtner for Hearn next year. Unfortunately recent sighnings in Jan have all failed and whatever flak i get for saying this Elding of last eason better than BroDie! LJL and gave us much more than Pearson.

A Nielson type winger direct and capable of beating man at pace also a must and maybe we appreciate wht Coulson brought to the team now he is not there.

Defensively, a new first choice right back and squad players for cover in other positions needed.

S & H have moved the club forward but need to lern from their mistakes this year as you can progress playing good football in any league. Think next season will be their last chance but play offs can still be attained this year and hopefully our performances will have improved suffiiently by then to get us back to wembley.
