I think we did, might have been before the promotion season 97/98.  And another Scottish team, maybe Hibs or Hearts?  I seem to remember we won them both.  Or drew one and won the other.  Actually I obviously don't remember too much about those games but they definitely happened.

We beat Aberdeen 2-1 ( Newell was upfront for the dons), beat hearts 2-0 and drew 2-2 with ivano bonetti's dundee

At one time we always used to play pre season friendlies against a Scottish team. I remember St Mirren and Hibs, and i think Falkirk.

Yes we did a tour in Scotland,

Also done preseason tours of Ireland, Denmark,

It would be nice to have a nice tour again next season, to celebrate our promotion.

Anyway, I think the cost of flights and hotels rule out the chance of a pre season tour in the foreseeable.

Lake district would be nice though
