The ref at Everton- Stoke game,

I know what Fellaini did was inexcusable and he  will be getiing  a well deserved ban,

BUT

When will refs start booking defenders for holding, Shawcross was holding Fellaini all game,

If Fellaini gets a 6 game ban then Shawcross should also get banned for persistant fouling.
