Julie Peasgood's brother Dave was an early Internet mariner (c1997) so every possibility she is a town fan too.

I remember in the early 90s a rumour "yazz" was a town fan and Whitney Houston had a season ticket.

Actually Alvin Stardust used to be a fan of GTFC. At the time his stage name was Shane Fenton and he was a big mate of Cliff Portwood during the promotion season of 1961(I think).

Wasn't there a bloke off emmerdale farm from meggies that always wore black and white while filming ( jonny lees?)

Also with a mention, mrs mangle lived in meggies, John hurt (merrick) went to school in grimsby, random bloke from g4(s) that was on who wants to be a strictly cum dancing X factor pop idol, Jeffrey archer lived near Louth I think and let's not forget our sporting heroes dean Reynolds and mike hallett

He did not feature us very often,

BUT

Was always going on about town to the presenters much to their annoyance.
