I'll be going on the train to this one from Skegness complete with our Ingoldmells Mariners flag. Would be great to see some other Mariners from East Lincs on the train with us. Last season my brother and I did Alfreton away on the train from Skeg and, despite trying to motivate some East Lincs Mariners to join us on the train and for a pre-match pint, it only ended up being the two of us.

I know there are plenty of GTFC fans tha come from our way and we don't get many chances to g to away games (or indeed home ones) using public transport from the Skeg area so it would be nice to see a bunch of us on the train.

I was thinking of starting a thread on here to see if were any Town supporters in Skegness interested in car sharing to games. I don't go to as many as I'd like because I work in Holland but usually i go on my own.

There are plenty of us! There's at least four of us who drink in my local in Ingoldmells! Are you going to Lincoln away? I might be on my own to that one so could be up for a car share. I know a lad from Spilsby who might go too. Both to Mansfield and Lincoln away. My dad (also Town) knows a couple who go to watch Town and I went to school with a couple of lads younger than me who go with their parents). Definitely up for the train though, it was good fun last year and when we changed at Notts after Grantham we bumped into to Town fans from Lincoln. It makes a change to have a pint at a match as we have to drive all the time, home and away, which is why I've done this for the last couple of seasons.

just been reading about this, ill be at both the Lincoln and Mansfield games but unsure as to how Im getting there, ill keep informed of your plans on here and may do the Mansfield on the train if I can persuade the other 3 I travel with to do the same. thanks, be good to meet up with fellow town fans from around this area. is an ideal time as I struggle to get to Saturday away games due to me working.

How often do you make it Skegmariner? I'm based here too though I've not seen Town for a while due to playing myself. I make the odd weeknight away game and Saturdays when I'm free. I'm not playing all Xmas so going to make all the games one way or the other!

I got the number 6 bus to Lincoln a few years ago in a Town shirt, not the best idea I've ever had

I have a season ticket and make it to every home game, i just cant get to many away due to work even tho im self employed as many of the away games in this league are too far a drive to make it back for my saturday nights work. Years ago i used to follow town away a lot more but sadly these days have come to an end for now
