I am raising money for the John Hartson Foundation which funds Cancer Research in general and testicular cancer research, if anyone would like to make a donation (nobody has yet), then please do so at:

Thanks!

I was always up for donating to charity etc but after a recent episode that happened to me i learnt a few things.

A) Keep your money to yourself u never know when u might need it.
B) Charity really does start at home.
C) Always look after #1 because it really is true that you cant trust anybody.

when i donate, I like to look at how a charity spends its money. I don't see the point in giving my £10 etc if the charity has income far exceeding expenditure eg I read in the GT about a lady being conned into buying a vacuum cleaner and is wanting to sell it to raise cash for a donkey charity called Bransby's Home of Rest for Horses. That charity each year has income of about 4million and spends less than 3million and has about £35million in assets. What that lady's cash will do is sit in a bank earning interest. Anyway...

Each charity has a charity number. Put that into the charity commission and you get its details.

Here's that horse charity:

Here's the John Hartson Foundation if you're interested:

Maybe everyone who's doing it could put a pic on the fishy at the end of November.
