Both of these stories confuse me (I know it doesnt take Much)

OS says morecombe game is off.

Telegraph says game on wednesday but were not in an official league and will play a series of friendlies

You're right, it does say that.    

Maybe the squad is small so we don't need so many games ?
Suppose it's a bit disappointing but I'm not criticizing.
Was just looking forward to seeing how they got on. (but they're playing anyway so no big deal)
