I know im on  holiday but i bought his book yesterday written by Ronald reng, been up since half 3 reading it, i have to say so far it is a truly excellent book, very informative and emotional, well worth a read, so if you can you should buy it, well worth the £8.99

I am also reading this book. I've found the book very informative so far and feel I have a greater understanding of depression as a result.

cheers Aaron saw this in Whsmith and was tempted to buy it but put of slightly by the dark material of the book.Listening to some of  the reasons why he took his life after his death was very sad indeed "meant to be ashamed of the depression he suffered and the stigma he felt would affect his family and children".

The story of Robert Enke is absolutely heartbreaking, the poor bloke was absolutely ravaged by demons and the tragic death of his daughter was just too much.
