I am quite partial to a properly made Trifle,  But my favourite has to be Profiteroles filled with fresh cream and dripping in chocalate sauce.

If i am having a cuppa tea i am also partial to an Eccles Cake.

Whats Yours ???

In school I absolutely loved the flapjack and custard. I've tried making my own but it just doesn't compare in the slightest.

Lemon Meringue. Even when I'm on no pudding weeks I have to have a slice. 5-a-day and all that..
