Haven't seen it posted anywhere but apologies if it has, did anyone read Liam Hearns bit in the NLP yesterday? Tried to find it online but haven't stumbled into it yet!

He says he was a bit nervous and not himself in a lot of games last season. " Playing in the BSB Premier was venturing into the unknown, and it does take time to adapt to the step up. I've got a year under my belt now, so I feel I can really start playing the way I used to." He feels he was probably trying too hard in games and trying to do too much. He now knows what this league is all about , he's had a good rest this summer and hopefully he can get better. He also said he's a lot fitter and stronger than last season thanks to Dave Moores work in the gym doing military SAS circuits. He feels we need to get off to a good start but also we need to realise the season isn't won in the first few weeks. He said " we'll be judged on where we are around Christmas. If we can get off to a better start than last year then we can be in a strong position ".
