Lots of potential decisions for S&H

- do they forget the score & try to attack or mainly keep it tight again ?
- do they try Niven in a 433 defensive holding role or just stick to 442 ?

Wouldn't mind seeing both but nothing to lose so I'd be bold and attack them(or at least not be too defensive) from the off.
Even if we have a go and get hammered, then it's all good for learning !

I'd go 442 and 433 one half each...

1st half
.............McKeown
Hatton...Pearson...Miller...Thomas
Colceck..Niven.....Thanoj...Soares
.........G.Pearson.Elding

2nd half
...................Fleming
Hatton...Pearson...Miller...Thomas
....................Wood
...............Disley...Artus
......Southwell..Cook....Soares

Wood is the hole will be controversial and no probs for me if Niven plays that role instead.
Just wouldn't mind seeing whether Brad can cover for advancing fullbacks.

Nothing to lose tomorrow night but everything to learn !
Can we use our momentum to step up ANOTHER level and bring the silverware home with a shock win ?
Another tough ask but if we can, could work wonders for confidence all round !

I could be wrong, but because it's a 'cup' game I think we're restricted to using 3 subs.

Personally, I'd go with a bog standard 442.

Fleming

Wood
Miller
S Pearson
Thomas

Colbeck
Niven
Thanoj
Artus

Cook
Pearson

Subs: Hatton, Disley, Soares, Elding, Southwell.

I'm pretty sure that with it being a cup match we cannot make 6 substitutions as you are suggesting.

Ok assuming 3 subs I'll start like this then:

...................Fleming
Hatton...Pearson...Miller...Thomas
Colbeck..Niven..Artus/Thanoj.Soares
.............G.Pearson.Cook

Subs: Disley, Wood, Southwell (then change to 4-3-3)

If it's the same regulations as The Lincs Sunday Cup then all players need to be signed on and it's 3 subs from 5 named.

Think you can play trialists if its agreed before hand.

Didn't we play Eagle and Samuals against Scunny in 2010 when both were on trail? Signed Eagle after he put a billion corners right on the penalty spot, then never did it again once he signed.
