TBH typical town...what a bloody let down!! 4 new tellys and ermmmmm oh thats it,they havent even give it a lick of paint. Surely that shoulsd have ben done how simple and easy to paint 4 brick walls, you could even have the youth team doing it. Such a let down it really is and its £3 a pint as well.

I thought they needed planning permission before they started with changes in there. They need to knock a new entrance in from the carpark so they probably don't want to do anything cosmetic til that's done.

I think the trust did this, not the club as such. I know they've put a lot of hard work in, maybe just not finished yet.

The cosmetics are to be done after the the building work, the planning permission thing had been a ball ache and the things going on the wall will look pretty good too. Hope this solves any quiries

The artwork for it looks good, I am missing a few bits on them but creating 25 seperate images takes time especially when I have work as well .

The plan is that we have a toilet block installed so that people can use the bar with having access to to the stadium, ie not getting in for free. Its that extension that is holding us back.

Like Wrawbz said we have had some major delays but have made progress.
To sum up...in the lower findus we have been delayed by issues around builders, drawings and planning... Until the build is done there is no point in decorating but the trust have put new TVs in ready for the Sky TV which the Trust will also be providing. We should see more progress soon so please bear with us. Delays are part of any build and believe us we are moving as quickly as we can.
In the main stand, board members, their families and members have put dozens of hours in stripping and prepping the players bar. The decorating was finished by a local tradesman and now all that remains is to put pictures and TVs up plus some other finishing off.
New signage is going up and work continues.
