Just seen this:

Not as easy this time.

England 19/10 Victor Chandler
Draw 2/1 Bet365 (free in play)
Italy 15/8

So;

£50 on Italy at 15/8 gets £143.75 back
£50 on the Draw in-play £150 back
£50 on England at 19/10 gets £145 back

So if its a draw you get money back, any win for any team wins £43.75 or £45, or is there another easy way to do it?

Maybe open new account with bookie you haven't already got to use the free bet.

You get the in play bet back (£50) if it doesn't come in as with other Bet365 promotions.

Additional £15 on draw at 2/1ish with any bookie and following the above - it's a £30ish win, any outcome of match.

Just looking at an offer on the bet365 site, can somebody please explain what this means:

Quoted Text
To bet with your bonus, simply play through the amount of your deposit once on the sports and markets of your choice. You will need to play through your deposit and bonus three times prior to making a withdrawal.

Wtf? Seems as clear as mud to me. Does this mean, say you deposit £10, you get a £10 bonus but can't claim any of the winnings till you've spent a further £60 (deposit + bonus x 3)?

Yes but thats the bonus bet account, not the offer that this bet is associated with.

This bet is effectively bet 50 before the game, and bet 50 in play. If you inplay bet loses you get it refunded.

Bet365 however give you a bonus of upto £50 the first time you bet on your mobile. This is basically 'free' money that you can use to bet on anything you wish. But you have to make upto £300 of bets using that money before you withdraw it.

Tough one this, the odds reflecting the fact that it's not just me who can't call it!

Best I (with help) can come up with is:

£50 on England @ 7/4 (Bet365)
£46 on Italy @ 2/1 (Boylesports)
£15 on the draw @ 21/10 (Paddy Power)
£50 in play on the draw (currently 2/1, but for pessimists purposes I'll call it 9/5 @ Bet365)

£161 outlay

Draw = £46.40 + £140.00 = £186.40 return
England win = £137.50 + £50.00 = £187.50 return
Italy win = £138.00 + £50.00 = £188.00 return

Just thought I'd mention 188 Bet's double your winnings offer. They double your winnings on correct score or first scorer bets on England games. Up to £50, so it only really makes sense to bet on the lowest odds as it's a minimum bet of £10.

In the Ukraine game I had a tenner on Rooney to score first at 5-1. That won £50 and they've just given me a £50 bonus. So I got odds of 10-1 for Rooney!!!

They are doing the same again against Italy. They've cut the odds a bit below the best market price but even so they are worth doing. 5-1 is the optimum price for this offer. Rooney is 9/2, England 1-0 6/1, 1-1 Draw 11/2.

I think this offer is only available to  existing account holders.

Cheers Rob, I'm tempted by the 51/10 they're offering on 0-0 (for some reason they don't offer no goalscorer).

Seems you may have got carried away.  Surely the free in-play bet pays out winnings only not the stake as well - you best check small print

It's not a free bet though, it's a bet that's refunded if it loses.

Forgot to say you have to claim the bonus by email, they don't just give you it (it only says this in the small print - very cheeky!)

I've gone for £10 on 1-1 and £10 on Rooney. In the unlikely event that both come in I can claim just one £50 bonus (I think), but I won't exactly be gutted as I'll have won over £150 anyway!

Been on their site and they do offer no goalscorer (currently 11/2) so I think I'll have a tenner on that. Reckon this tournament is due a 0-0!  A draw's a good shout anyway, Italy haven't lost a knockout game in normal time since 1988!

Check the terms and conditions, because that might not be the same as correct score (if in doubt ring up and ask!).

I agree with the low scoring draw scenario. I've had 2 bets with Hills as well:

England win on pens (10-1)
Rooney Sent Off (14-1). Rooney's career average must be less than that in the big games for England!

Here's what I have done.

Bet 365 £50 on England +0.5 Asian Handicap@1.425 - pays out for England win or draw
In play bet I'll hang on a bit as I'm happy to lose money if England win but let's say- same bet £50@1.425 (if Italy score early this will go much higher)

Marathon - Italy to win £31@2.95

Total outlay £131
England win/draw - £11.50
Italy win - £10.50

Not a huge return but it could a lot higher if the in-play works out in my favour.

Yeah, first scorer bets come under it but last scorer bets don't. No scorer comes under first/last scorer so will need to check.

Might also have a Rooney-Balotelli red card double!

What a fuck up by Bet365! Tried to get the draw on at 15/8 as soon as it kicked off but the site was down for the first 35 minutes. Eventually got it on at 8/5 or at least I think I did!

Anyway, come on England!

There were so many of us trying to place a bet it took the site down. I lost money tonight but would have given the money I lost just to see it go to pens.

Yeah, I've sent them a screenshot of the 15/8 bet not working. It's only £13.75 difference but it's my £13.75!

Not that fussed though, went for 188's 0-0 at 5/1 so cheers, Rob.

I just put my money on the draw with Betfair and withdrew double my stake in the 70th minute when we were starting to get seriously pinned back. I love this new 'cash out' feature on Betfair it saves so much work and brain power (which is in limited supply for me).

Ive just spoken to their customer services, they have refunded the largest pre-match bet upto the value of £50.

Means ive staked £65 now and got £45 back but it was much better than it could have been for me.....beginning to wish I had put my inplay bet on the draw though as I am sure that they would have paid on that and refunded my prematch bet.

Had a pre-match bet with Bet365, £10 on Ballotelli to score in 90. Thourght he was certain to score!

That didn't happen, and I had forgotten that Bet365 refund any stake for a correct goalscorer if a match ends up 0-0. Also, Bet365 have credited my account with an extra free £10, as that was my largest (and only) pre match bet on that match to apolagize for having problems with bet in-play, which I wasn't going to do anyway.

So the upside is I logged onto my Bet365 account this morning to find I had £20 more in my account than I thourght I did. That will do for me

Top service by 365. They've refunded my in play stake of £50 - even though the bet won!

My £50 bet at 8/5 has returned £180 - effectively making the draw 13/5.

Yep I was fuming when Bet365 wouldn't take my bet during the game but the way have handled it has been excellent. They have turned a massive member up in to a good PR exercise.

Natwest take note.....

Cheers for that PSG. £27 for 5 minutes work - can't argue with that.

Yep, easy money. Can't take the credit - it was on the Conference Forum.

You make even more if you are lucky enough to get the zero.

I guess it expired, or they stopped it - not working any longer. Won't accept either of the codes.
