I didn't find Luton half as bad as people made out. Cracking little pub 5 mins from the ground to dump the car, good grub and the away end there, although a but tight in leg room (!) ain't that bad, at least the acoustics are good

Agreed mate. It was my first time away at Luton this season and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We made a cracking atmosphere in the away end and the pub I went to by the station - where there were loads of other Town and Luton fans - was a great little boozer.

I've been to Luton 3 times and have never had a decent experience yet. The first time was in the early 80's when we lost 6-0 and it drunk down all game. (It was an open terrace back then). The second time was when we won 4-1 and Grovesy got a hat-trick and we were chased by a gang of Luton thugs after the game and the third time was the infamous "chickengate" match when we lost 3-2 and when we got back to the car our tyres had been slashed.

After that I vowed I'd never go again.

Fair enough les, you've had your fair share of mishaps there!

That's fair enough Les, I had a good day out hence my opinion. Still 16 goals isn't a bad return!!
