To cement this even further of those given a pro contract at 18 only 1 out of 6 will survive beyond the age of 21 which just highlights the difficulty of making it in the pro game today One life,one love .

Ryan hardly put a foot wrong. He is learning fast and becoming an accomplished Premier League level player.He made two great blocks, passed well, and looked confident throughout even after his defensive header fell to Benayoun for the first Arsenal goal in the second minute.   By the way, it was very noticeable how many of Norwich's players ( along with the manager ) learned their trade in the lower leagues. Just about the whole team, I think. I loved the way they took the game to Arsenal and kept subbing in forwards. None of this 4-5-1 so we only lose 1 or 2-0 type stuff that you usually see in these types of games.
