Anyone got a half decent racing/ road bike gathering cobwebs in the shed?
700c wheels, slick tyres, aluminium frame (large) type thing.

Looking to start biking to work.

I have a Specialized Tricross which is in mint condition which I may sell, It is a large frame, it as racing handle bars on it, Ideal for biking round town or off road, It cost me £800 in 2010 also got good quality mudguards on it which can easy be taken off if needed..

Ok Moosey, I will have a chat with a few mates of mine at work and see if they are selling one, May also be worth looking on ebay or in the telegraph.

watching plenty on ebay, they seem to range from high spec to rust buckets.
I have probably underestimated the second hand market as they seem dear but then again its been 10yrs since i bought a bike and that was a cheap industrial grade steel mountain bike from a discount warehouse  so i may have to just suck it up and dent the wallet. x
