ALAN POWER from Lincoln -contracts up I believe. He showed our midfielders how it should be done. Battles in the same way as Woods & Elding

Aswad Thomas at left back, although I know that probably won't happen with the situation with him.
Damien reeves I think I think is worth a punt
Norwood from forest green or meckreth both good wingers
And I think we need a box to box midfielder, I think we need to score more goals from central midfield, as weve only scored 3 this season, disley with 1, church with 1 an thanoj also.
I think that's all we need, 4 or 5 players o add to our squad

Agree with that, Id like to have a look at Alan Power, from lincoln too

Also the right back from Tamworth, Richard Tait, would be a great signing.

I would love to see Scott Kerr here, I think he would be the perfect addition to our midfield, he just sits infront of the defence and supports the midfield, which would then allow us to play a 4-3-3 with Artus in a creative role, which would be so effective. Although theres no chance of getting him from York

I'm a big fan of Mcglaughlin from York too, a brilliant midfielder at this level and he's in double figures in front of goal too., but again we'd never get him

Adriano moke looks a talent

I've got a feeling that Magno Viera will move to someone like us or York, hasnt played that much for Fleetwood this season and hes a good player at this level

It makes you wonder if Fleetwood will be getting rid of a few and start buying the best players from league 2.

I hope we are looking at Magno Viera. He has been out of favour at Fleetwood this year but has still scored 5 goals in 10 starts. He also scored 20 plus goals last season and his contract runs out in the summer.

But he's not a town player anymore is he? If your counting that it's actually 5 because wright scored? But I'm talking ahoy the players still at the club, so don't try and be clever.

Klukowski would strengthen the middle of the park, has played well all season, and Power played well at Blundell Park with no help to finish their attacks off.

Power has been quoted as wanting to play for a team with ambition, so have we got ambition??

If Thomas wouldn't come here, apart from "that" trial, then who from the league would drop down, or who is on the way up from the BSN or BSS in that position?

I have seen him play twice and he does look a good player. But when you look at his goal scoring record in the bsn it quality. 43 goals(10 more than Hearn)  in 42 apperances is a great goal scoring record. He also scored 19 goals last year in the BSP.

Lionel Messi CDAJATL. Having said that he didn't really impress me last night. Very sloppy in giving the ball away for Chelsea's goal.

Shaun Whalley should be a number 1 target for me. Quick, technical, decent deliveries, 10 goals from the wing this season and can play either side. Him or Macreth for me.

This is the only info I can find, off the Burnley website.

Ben Woodhead - Date of Birth: 15/10/92

Burnley-born goalkeeper who has been with the Clarets since he was eight years old. Bad luck with injuries has hindered his progress but always worked hard to get fit and looking to kick on again in 2011/12.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to pull you up on that one. Finland is technically not part of Scandinavia though it is one of the "Nordic Countries".

Yes but Realityman has got his facts slightly confused. The player in question is actually Norwegian and his initials are AB. Of course it might not come off if he's found guilty

Damien Reeves would be a good signing if Liam Hearn does leave. I cant see a need for him if not though, unless they replaced KHM with him. I like KHM and his ability to beat players.

Jack Mackreth would be a great signing. Not the finished article by any means but he'd be first on my list of targets purely based on the fact he's fast as intercourse! Sign him up!!! Thing is, can our strikers keep up with him

What about his team mate Cook? He looked dangerous, abit of height and weighs in with afew goals.

Id like to see Steve McNulty playing for us although I cant see him being interested in leaving lancs. He seemed unbeatable at there place. Very good positional sense, it looked easy for him.

Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly

The title of this thread should be "Who would you like to try and sign" as it is not like popping into Tesco and raiding the shelves. Many factors come into play and not all to do with money. For example, location, is the player willing to come here, style, will the player fit in with the rest of the team and play the style we want, fitness record, the player's family situation and their own ambitions. Also what other options do they have and which other clubs might be interested.

I'd like to see Reece Styche arrive in the summer. Recovered from a bad injury and just carried on where he left off, scoring goals for Forest Green in what ended up being a fine run towards the end of the season but just short of the play-offs.

As mentioned before Aswad Thomas, Alan Power, Damian Reeves, Mackreth and Whalley all seem exciting prospects although I'd like us to sign some players from levels below ours, perhaps part-time clubs for up and coming starlets on a lowish wage.

I've never seen him play but youngster Dan Holman (Histon) has a pretty decent scoring record. He got 27 for them this season in the BSN and at his previous club, Long Buckby, he scored 60 in 77 games.

Scored the first goal here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lzqMU3HUf2A

Keep watching the Hull situation if Allam withdraws cash and Barnby is not in charge - maybe Stuart Watkiss can do us another favour or three??

There's been talk about Devitt and Townsend being worthy targets, if signable AND willing to come to us, but are there any others worth looking at for next year that will part company with Hull??

Devitt and Townsend on loan next year, very exciting if that happened! Really want Klukoski or whatever he is called or sign a player from a team the league lower or so young and hungry. Also a big stocky striker who is better than Duffy, I thought Spencer never had chance!

Wouldnt waste money on a back up keeper, heard we have a couple of promising keepers upcoming at the minute. Harry Ashton is one of them and Igo or something? is another. Macca is more than capable of playing ever week for us, and how often really do goalkeepers get injured? You watch now, first week of the season macca will go down and be out for the rest of the season :L

There's always Steve Croudsen for the odd time that McKeown might get red carded also

Very rare occasion, not like the woods season.
That was horrible man management by the club, i remember him winsing in pain but carrying on. One of our clubs unsung hero IMO.

Alan Power would be a great signing, Jamie Devitt his he still a bit lightweight, i haven't seen much of him seems his future isn't at Hull City.

Why are people suggesting another right-back. We already have Wood who has proved he has got it and possibly Silk. IMO we need a utility defender.

I think Bradley Wood pretty much covers the utility department. Natural at RB and can do jobs at LB and CM. If desperate he could even fill in at CB or either side of midfield. If thats not utility, i dont know what is.

agreed, need a solid right back who is going to stake his place as a regular starter, woody can fill in at left or right back as cover

Thats a shame, would of like to see him play here, we just need to keep looking out for players that get let go by clubs, some really good players get release for this level.

The only players we will be able to attract are sunday league players lol, I wonder if players in the champ will either go to a champ or lg1 team and players from lg1 will opt for a lg1 or lg2 club, so lg2, BSP or BSN/S are the players will might be able to attract.

Looks another rough gem, would love him here.

Sean Clancy is a pretty decent left winger released by Fleetwood. Wouldn't mind his sister coming to a few games either!

I'd love to know the type of players S&H are after.  Damien Reeves would be a good addition but I would imagine a host of clubs after him and as crazy as it sounds maybe not quite the sort of player they are after.

I'd be disapointed if we signed 32 year olds. With Miller, Disley, Elding we have an experienced spine. We need to add some genuine pace and guile imo

Like it says on the tin

ALAN POWER from Lincoln -contracts up I believe. He showed our midfielders how it should be done. Battles in the same way as Woods & Elding

Unfortunately Mr Power has signed re-engagement forms with Lincoln this morning and will remain with them next season

like i had  a funny feeling that garner would be on his way i've got a funny feeling we won't see as much of disley as we did this season. i'm still not totally convinced that he's the sort of midfielder who dominates in the bsp (and i'm convinced we need  a dominant midfeild to get out of this division)

I wouldn't mind Anton Brown from Alfreton. He is a hard tackling center mid who can also play left back, just been voted Alfretons player of the year aswell.

Fleetwood released Paul Linwood only played 21 games in two season played 28 in League 2 for us, Sean Clancy is a coach for Liverpool's Acadamy so i don't think he would come here.

I would sign for Town but doubt they will come knocking so failing a late bid from a Premiership side it looks like another season in Div 6 playing for A.A Property.
