Does anyone else agree with me that I think he has been a breath of fresh air on Sky. Loved his summary of diving and cheating in football the other day.

In fact, as a player I thought he was a nob, but I really enjoy the way he analysis games at half and full time on TV at the moment. Straight to the point and no messing.

Good acquisition for SKY IMO and a decent replacement for Andy Gray

Was never a fan of his in his playing days but he does talk more sense than most punters and he's not afraid to say it how he sees it. His recent comments on Mario Balotelli proved that.

Obviously anyone who has any sort of connection with Liverpool or Man City will slag him off whatever though.

Think he's an infinitely better pundit than the others Sky tend to wheel out. Maybe those who don't like him prefer Jamie Redknapp telling them how brilliant everything and everyone connected to the Premier League is?
