Sure is. Not illegal though. And furthermore, did that happen? If so, it certainly gives the reason for her alleged tirade but certainly not an excuse nor carte Blanche for her to racially abuse him.

I don't argue that, but in these sensitive times, you have to stop all forms of abuse surely?

I wasn't there, only going on what people have said. It will be interesting to see what evidence is presented. TBH i would not want to be in court accused of such an offence.

People saying it's a wind up by me. Well it isn't. I have my reasons which I will not publish. Flash knows the score on this. I just hope she is okay

My advice to to Karen go not guilty all the way even if you did make a racist comment cannot imagine the player will want to come to court to give evidence so case will be dismissed, If he did call you a fat slag and caused you offence then i don't blame you at all for giving it back to him, sounds like he was offended got what he asked for  so all even in my book, eye for an eye.

As far as I am aware the fat slag comment came after the first piece of racist abuse.....not saying that it makes it any more appropriate but it is not a defence to be used as provocation.
