Your chairman seems dedicated but I was suprised after reading how he made his dosh how little he has relatively speaking compared with Fleetwood and even JF, whose true worth is disputed amongst those who have worked for/with him. But the problem arises with crap gates and wage bill limits based on income through the gates. How long can you sustain the decent squad you've assembled on your income and Chairmans money? Just don't do a Darlo or Rovrum.

we have plans to move to a new ground in centre of gateshead which was supposed to start work on this summer but usual red tape and government pulling plug on certain areas has it held up for a while so athletics stadium next season if you dont go up via play offs

We've been planning on moving to a new stadium for about 15 years now.

Ticker, I only know he sold FSF for that amount and allowing for his investment in Town and a punitive rate of interest on his fortune, it is just a bad guess. He seems a sensible and non extravagent sort of guy - who really knows? Good luck to him, because when I used to live next door to him, I know he was a real grafter and deserves his success. The fact he continues to support the club he loves is good enough for me ! UTM !

On what basis? Genuinely interested as apart from his involvement with Town I realise I don't know much about JF.
